In the A/E/C industry, you must win future business while trying to perform well on the work you already have in hand. How can you do that and still maintain chargeability?
How many times have you slaved away on a proposal late into the night a week before it was due after performing your “real job” all day?
How many hours have you spent digging for information on the internet regarding potential clients, only to come up empty handed?
How often have you wished that you had specific service-related literature at hand when you prepared for a client visit?
How frequently have you banged your head against a desk while trying to complete a Standard Form 330 (SF 330)?
How many times have you thrown together a themeless PowerPoint presentation, using slides you prepared for past interviews, the day before you met with a selection committee?
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Everyone in our industry faces these challenges daily.

Tiffany and I worked together for several years building the Aviation business at PBS&J. She was the go to person for managing the internal functions of our business development program. She handled everything including conferences, proposals, presentations, brochures, business research, project tracking, and so on. You just knew that if she was handling it, it would get done, and get done right. Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and persistent attention to detail performed with a pleasant attitude and respect for her colleagues. – Wayne J. Overman, P.E., President/CEO of DTKJ Associates, LLC
Tiffany is one of those people you really enjoy working with because she is able to grasp your ideas and turn them into fantastic output. Her ability to meet schedules and provide project winning submittals makes her an outstanding resource. –Butch Gowder, P.E., PMP, New International Airport Nouakchott (Mauritania) Program Director
Having worked with Tiffany on the Louis B. Armstrong New Orleans International Airport 3-D assignment for Atkins Global, I believe her to be an extremely capable and efficient project manager. She is great at true facilitation between parties who do not necessarily "speak the same language." She communicated her team's vision to Munrostudios very effectively, which helps visualisation agencies such as ourselves, deliver CGI's that exceed all parties' expectations. Importantly, Tiffany communicated with clarity. We certainly look forward to working with her in her new endeavor, TRTH Consulting. – Caroline Hopkins, Co-founder/owner of Munrostudios Architectural Visualisation
Measure twice, cut once. When I first started doing proposals for Tiffany, I was always amazed that everything was so detailed and organized. I would never let any of my employees touch her work as I knew the quality that she requested and I did not want to rework any of our projects. I have now done this for years and years and the way that Tiffany taught me, is the way that I continue to get more and more proposal business and rave reviews of our printing. If you want someone to be on your side and make you shine, look no further. – Matthew A. Simms, Owner of AMP: Advocate Marketing & Print
My experience in working with Tiffany is that she is a consummate professional and thought leader in the business development and marketing proposal world. She approaches each project with an equal amount of enthusiasm and professional respect. I would expect nothing less than stellar results from every product she produces. – Kelli Pharo, Principal at Integrity Editing, LLC
Tiffany has a very focused personality that gets the job done with professionalism. I really enjoyed working with Tiffany over the past eight years as a member of ACEC of TN and on the ACEC of TN Engineering Excellence Awards committee. Tiffany has always added a “Wow Factor” to our multimedia production each year at the Engineering Excellence Awards. Her work is nothing short of being superb! Tiffany is an asset that is unrivaled by her peers. She has a can do and will do attitude, she goes above and beyond and it seems she has a limitless talent and ability pool. Tiffany is and will always be a great asset. – Judy Logue, Manager of Member Services at ACEC of TN/TSPE
